| 1 pound | Jennie-O Turkey Store | |
| Extra Lean Ground Turkey | ||
| Olive oil cooking spray | ||
| 1 tbsp | reduced sodium taco seasoning or | |
| salt-free Southwest Chipotle Seasoning blend (optional) | ||
| 4 | 8-inch whole wheat low carbohydrate tortilla, warmed | |
| 4 tbsp | fat free sour cream | |
| 1-1/3 cups | shredded romaine lettuce | |
| 1 cup | seeded and chopped tomato | |
| 1/2 cup | salsa |
Directions:
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the pan from the heat and lightly spray with olive oil spray. Return pan to the stove top and add the turkey and seasoning, if desired. Cook, breaking into chunks for 10 minutes or until lightly browned and no longer pink.
Transfer the turkey to a plate; cover to keep warm. Starting at one side, evenly spread 1 tablespoon of sour cream over two-thirds of each tortilla. Spoon the reserved turkey over the sour cream. Top with the lettuce, tomato and salsa. Roll up tortillas burrito-style and serve immediately.
