Roulade

Get ready for Valentine's today with a Roulade (pounded out steak stuffed with stuff). Buy a strip steak and beat it with a pan until thin, coat in Italian dressing then, like a pizza, add spinach mozzarella or gouda and some cooked bacon if you like. Then roll it up and put a skewer through it, add more dressing over the top and bake until brown, about 25 min at 350.
