Chef Sean went Mediterranean! On February 24th, Sean explained a simple version of a pork classic. The recipe is simple: Pick up two thick boneless pork loin chops from the meat department in BUY FOR LE$$. Make a pocket in the side of the pork loin and stuff with a mixture of Feta cheese and olive salad mix. Flour and sauté the chops until cooked. Add the stuffed chops to a gorgeous platter of jalapeño-flavored couscous, heart of palm salad and Greek salad. This is a perfect healthy meal that is easy enough to make tonight!
